Sway & Shift: A Home Program using The Nia Technique

Welcome to Sway & Shift where you'll Sway your Body and Shift your Life.

Sway & Shift is an 8- week inspiring and educational program designed by Black Belt Nia Instructor Jill Pagano. Sway & Shift is a home program that will have you learning about and loving your body. You'll receive eight weekly lesson, via email, that will stimulate your mind, body and spirit.  Each Sway & Shift lesson will increase your body awareness and help you condition your body with pleasure. There are four unique sections to each lesson:

  1. The Cognitive Section: you'll read specific pages of The Nia Technique Book (by Debbie Rosas and Carlos Rosas). These readings lay the mental foundation for learning about your body.
  2. The Experience Section: is how you'll move your body inorder to integrate what you've read.
  3. The Focus: is where you'll place your attention inorder to increase awareness.
  4. The Reflective Section:  use journal questions to stimulate deeper personal reflection for your emotions and spirit.

Highly recommended but not necessary: Purchasing at least one Nia DVD: Opal, Sanjanna Global Unity or Unplugged ($15).
